I really didn't expect this venerable old place to be the world-class resort that it turned out to be. The room seemed brand new with a full kitchen and modern amenities and was the perfect size for my family of 4 adults. Our room was just outside the high-flowing, gorgeous Chalk Creek. Unlike other hot springs places we've been, the water here does NOT smell like Sulphur. And the pools all seemed like they must be under 5 years old. All in very nice shape. The service was absolutely outstanding. We're already planning a week-long trip for next year. Very reasonably priced!

I have stayed here multiple times and will be back again. This was my first time in the Hillside room. Standard basic motel style room. Infinity pool was closed during our visit (it has limited hours in the winter) so we drove down to the main pools. Pools were super hot despite our stay being on one of the coldest days of the year. There was a free full moon yoga event the night we were there but we only found out about it after it was over. Maybe they could have mentioned it when we checked in? Otherwise our stay was nice. Good for a short low-key getaway.

We've stayed at Mt Princeton in the past. The property was lovely and well-maintained. We had a creekside suite, and as promised had a view of the creek. The suite was huge, looked brand-new and spotless. Beds were super comfy. The kitchen was great - we had a stove to cook on. The Nespresso coffee maker made great coffee. The pools were amazing as before, and they even upgraded to 2 new water slides. Our kids played there all day. The staff are especially lovely, and considerate. I feel that even with the price, we got a great value for what we paid.

The staff was knowledgeable and were friendly. they answered any questions I had. check-in and check-out was simple, got the key and returned the key. Breakfast was good, but it's a paid breakfast. the stay of a room for a night with 4 ppl is cheaper than buying 4 individual hot springs pass. If you rent a room (mine:superiorqueen room), you get 2 days worth of soak, the day ofcheck in and the day of check out. So doing the math the value of 4 ppl for 2 day soak is roughly $360, a night spent there is cheaper than that. $45/person for a soak.

Beautiful mountain setting nestled inside the San Isabel National Forest. Hot pool selection provided two family pools and river option, plus an adults-only venue with 3 small side pools offering extra hot, medium hot, mild temps in addition to a large common pool. Also - for an extra charge - a water slide and two more water pools for family guests. Resort provided complimentary bikes to guests and a small convenience store for grab-n-go food & travel sundries.
